Construction of the Arcola bridge does not <br /> coincide with construction or closing o� any <br /> other bridges in the Lake PZinnetonka area <br /> 3. �4idening of the sidewalks, if rec�uired, shall <br /> be deducted from the existing deck width rather <br /> than adding additional width as noted in the <br /> proposal objectives <br /> 4. Plans and specifications approved by the City <br /> Council <br /> 5. If the project requires two construction seasons, <br /> two lane traffic will he maintained between <br /> seasons <br /> I am enclosing our letter of August ?_0 , 1979 and <br /> Itesolution #1069 dated August 28 , 1979 , for the <br /> record outlining all of our concerns related to <br /> this project. Motion, Ayes (4) - ilays (0) . <br /> Dick Benson, CitV Administrator, presented the SEGVER & WATER RATES* <br /> following memo concerning sewer and water rates <br /> to the City Council dated November 30, 1979 , which <br /> states: <br /> ��e are in the process of initiating a water/sewer <br /> rate study to determine if the existinc� rates <br /> are sufficient to support the anticipated o�erating <br /> budc�et and anticipated capital outlays. <br /> In the process, we will be reviewin_q past procedures <br /> and obtaining inforr.tation pertinent to the total <br /> operating costs, such as: <br /> l. P'ietropolitan �9aste Control Cor_u�ission billing <br /> 2. Administration, accounting and billing <br /> 3. Operating budgets <br /> 4. Snventories <br /> 5. Summary of nast improvements <br /> 6. Current and projected connections <br /> 7. Anticipated capital imProvements <br /> [ae will require the services of our Cit�� Engineer <br /> to assist in this review at a cost not to exceed <br /> $2,500.
