In any event, <br /> the starting date �aas delayed for c�uite some time. <br /> A Project of this type is very tirle consui*►inc� as <br /> it takes the coordination of man�� sub-contractors. <br /> The box culverts were not completed and available <br /> for installation until late Septertber -- causing <br /> further set backs in our construction scheduling. <br /> There were also desiqn chanc�es, such as an extra <br /> retaining wall that was not previouslv counted on <br /> (we were not able to get a sub-contractor in the <br /> 1979 season for this work) . <br /> (Continued) <br />
