Lindall requested waiver of <br /> a sewer assessr.ment on property he was purchasing <br /> along Tonkawa Road. Council conceptuall�� <br /> approved waiver of one unit on Februarv 9 , 1979 <br /> subject to several conditions, all of_ which have <br /> now been completed. <br /> The propertv consisted of two separate parcels <br /> owned by different people. PIN 0006 had a small <br /> cabin on it; PIN 0007 had a larger house. <br /> Lindall bought both parcels in August, 1979 (after <br /> Council action) and they have been legallv <br /> combined. <br /> A building permit was issued in September, 1978 <br /> for addition to the main house. `^he sewer has <br /> been connected to this house. Al1 plur.lbing has <br /> been removed from the cabin makinc� it effectively <br /> an out-building used only for storage. The <br /> coribined lot then contains one house and one <br /> storage building. <br /> 24r. Lindall now rec�uests final approval of one <br /> sewer unit waiver.
