Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> Alan Olson, City Planner, presented the City Council SE�^7FR CONNECTIONS* <br /> with a memo from Michael Gaffron, Septic System <br /> Inspector,regarc�ing the se�ver connection status <br /> dated November 6, 1979, which states: <br /> A total of 22 properties remain to be connected <br /> to municipal sewer. Violation tac�s citing "failure <br /> to connect to public se�ver" were issued to the <br /> following on October 31, 1979 : <br /> Howard Johnson - 1635 Concordia Street <br /> Richard D. Hollander - 680 North Arm Drive <br /> Fred J. Baker - 1378 rlorth Arm Drive <br /> Thomas C. Radford/ Larry Hork - 3250 Ldorth Shore Drive <br /> These property owners have shown little or no <br /> response to our repeated notices of required hookup. <br /> I'our additional pro�erty owners were sent notices <br /> that work must commence by November 30, 1979 or <br /> tags will be issued. The remaining 14 property <br /> owners have either indicated they are proceeding <br /> with the hookup or have technical problems to <br /> work out with staff. <br /> Butler moved, Massengale seconded, to approve the JOINT MEETING DATE* <br /> date of November 17 , 1979 for the Joint Council/ Council/Planning Comm. <br /> Planning Commission meeting.
