<br /> Legal Aid Attorney, and reviewed her proposed
<br /> resolution deferring special assessments for
<br /> persons 65 year of age or older.
<br /> The suggested resolution will relieve nersons
<br /> with financial hardships that cannot adjust to
<br /> supporting special assessments during their
<br /> retirement years, and will not create a short
<br /> f all for the cities debt retirement nroc�ram.
<br /> I recommend Council approval of the suqc�ested
<br /> resolution.
