It is imperative <br /> that the Ring Route be opened to traffic this fall. <br /> You indicated that the bituminous base will be <br /> placed this fall at a minir_mur.i and the base could <br /> be used as a driving surface until next spring if <br /> necessary. <br /> The completion of the bituminous �urfacing on the <br /> Ring Route,Turnharm Road and [9atertown Road must be <br /> coMnleted as soon as possible. The guard rail and <br /> shouldering work must also be completed prior to <br /> opening the roadwav for traffic. <br /> If you have an�� questions, please contact this office. Jiri Scruton and Mr. Rock Lindlan, representing COUNTY ROAD #15 <br /> the ��est Tonka Chariber of Commerce, discussec� their <br /> concerns with increased traffic on Henne�in County <br /> #15 between Navarre and Mound. <br /> t4r. Lindlan commented that SprinR Park and P'!ound are <br /> in favor of improving Hennepin County #15 and we are <br /> requesting the Cit�� of Orono to participate in this <br /> effort.
