Councilr�ember Hurr Nay. <br /> Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the record CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> the request of a conditional use permit of Slane 2160 ��a��zata Boulevard <br /> McKelvey Compnay, Inc. , at 2160 j�Tayzata Boulevarci, �513 <br /> dated October 24, 1979 , which states: Slane rZcKel�-ey Compan�� <br /> The applicants, Frances J. Slane and Janet McKelvey, <br /> rec�uest .a conditional use permit to operate a <br /> restaruant (C1ass II) within Bill taear' s Mini-Mart <br /> at 2160 ti�Jayzata �oulevard. The restaurant will <br /> serve •hot and co.ld .sandwiches , soups, salads, and <br /> desserts. This type of kitchen operation will <br /> involve only the use of a microwave oven. The <br /> applicants plan to request a 3. 2 beer license from <br /> the City when granted the permit. The proposed <br /> hours of operation will be from 11: 00 A. ri. to <br /> 1: 00 A.
