Three hours later, we had received a call from Mr. Proudfit and had in our hands signed copies of the covenants sent to hir.i on August 6 , 1979 . [4e understand that he is purchasing pronertv in ��Tatertown and will be moving there next spring. We recomrnend adoption of the attached resolution accepting the covenants and deferring further enforcement until next July 15, 1980 as earlier agreed. K� & P.ompany Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the record BUILDING PLAN REVIEW a revised building plan review for the First 2465 Shadywood Road National Bank of Pdavarre, 2465 Shadlnaood Road, �491 c3ated September 19 , 1979 , which states: First rdational Bank We have no�a received a prelir.►inary redesign of the hank building airted at correcting your concerns of August 14 , 1979. The plan is very sl�etchy and is somewhat explained by P�r. Pope's letter of_ September 17, 1979. Apparently, more detailed drawings are to be available at the meeting. The principal changes include building relocation (closer to 19) and redesign, with a result beinc� that all parking and developr.lent is now accorimodated within the 250' deep cor.unercial zone. The building size increased fror_1 the original 10, 000 sq. ft. to 11, 664 sq. ft. net, 14 ,580 scx. ft. gross, larger than the previous plan including the alternate. Parking spaces decreased fror.i 62 to 59 (? only 52 shown on plan) . At 11,664 sq_. ft. , 58 space�s are required. (Continued)
