REGULIIR PIEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, SEPTEP�IBER 25, 1979 Page 32 Dick Benson, City Administrator, inforr.ted the SPECIAL APPROPRIATION* City Council that in reviewing the Government Heatinq Units Buildings heating units, he felt that the first priority- should be restrooms at the Council Chambers. This is still a priority item we are working on, but in reviewinc� the heating units in the various buildings referred to by 1`4r. Gerhardson, I feel some of these units are so old parts are not available. I recommend the approval of a special appropriation from our Improvement & Equipment fund in the amount of $4, 456 to replace the three heating units serving our office and shops. I recommend the approval of the low bid of Dolder Plumbing & Heating in the total amount of $4, 456 . to replace the police and public works office boiler, public works south garage, public works north garage heating units. Butler movec�, Hurr seconded, to approve the low bid of $4 ,456 of Dolder Plumbing & Heating to replace three heatinc� units for City buildings and to approve a special appropriation from the Improvement & �quipment fund in the amount of $4, 456 to pay for the units. Bruce Psalkerson, City Attorney, reviewed the 73-1 73-1 ASSESSMENTS appellants settlement. Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to approve the stipulation of demand and abating of. assess- ments as submitted and paying all refunds as shown subj ect to staf f review.
