Kelly <br /> 351 Second Street <br /> Excelsior, MN 55331 <br /> RE:2684 Lydiard Avenue <br /> Dear Mr. Kelly <br /> I am responding to your May 8, 2014 letter regarding the illegal rental of the guest apartment within <br /> Michael Finken's residential home at 2684 Lydiard Avenue. <br /> On May 11, 2013 the City confirmed that tenants John and Lavonne Grunditz are renting the guest <br /> apartment. Additionally,the City believes that there is a staircase which provides access directly to the <br /> above garage guest apartment. Both of these items violate the City Code. Upon confirmation from you <br /> that neither of the two above conditions exist the City will consider closing the violation file.
