A permit <br /> has been issued for the construction of all but the kitchen area. <br /> Access to the apartment is via a skyway, an internal stairway and <br /> a safety access through a three-season porch . The Planning , <br /> Commission has recommended removal of the access stairs from the <br /> three-season porch , however staff has asked Council to consider <br /> alloH�ing the rear access siairs to remain for safety reasons , <br /> especially due to the fact that the apartment is over the garage <br /> area. <br /> 6 <br />
