January 18, 2017 <br /> Roger Peitso <br /> City of Orono <br /> 2750 Kelly Parkway <br /> Orono, MN 55356 <br /> Dear Mr. Peitso, <br /> I have enclosed the drawing of our proposed Bathroom and bedroom remodel and a Building Permit <br /> Application.As you are aware,the original plan was submitted by Hamann's Custom Carpentry and later <br /> pulled.The permit was paid however.A copy of the invoice we paid is included.The new plan is <br /> essentially the same as the original except we are not making two baths, only one,and will not be <br /> moving a window. I enclosed a copy of the original for your review The plan calls for: <br /> • Moving 14'of wall 2 ft.to expand closet and part of the bath (original plan had it moving 3ft). <br /> • Eliminate a closet in bedroom#1. <br /> • Create a small closet in bedroom#2. <br /> • Eliminate one side of closet wall in between bedrooms. <br /> • Add a new shower where the original bathtub/shower is. <br /> • Add a new bathtub and vanity. <br /> Having paid for the original permit I truly hope that payment can be applied to this application.
