Corporation Gentlemen: � � This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated August 21, 1979, ; regartiing work to be done on Orono Orcharri Road . I � Johnson Brothers now estimates that they are two days behir�d the Schedule INo. 3 submitted to you on August 14 due to the recent rains. However, • they estimate that, with normal weather corxiitions, these two days will � be made up within the next two weeks ar�d by that time they will be back Ion Schedule No. 3. I ' Based on this schedule, Johnson Bros. estimates that Co. Rd . 15 will be open to traffic prior to October 1, and that restoration on Co. R� . 15 , will be completed by October 1. Johnson Bros. ha s never intend ed to ; and will not start pipe laying work on Orono Orchard Road until County i Road 15 is open to vehicular traffic.
