Frink, 385 Turnham 385 Turnham Road <br /> Road, for a subdivision, dated August 22, 1979 , #493 <br /> which states: D. D. �'rink <br /> The Frinks propose a metes and bounc�s division of <br /> 38 acres resulting in a five-acre lot and a 32+ acre <br /> lot. <br /> The 32+ acre lot has a designated wetland of anproxi- <br /> mately one acre that we will require a -flowage and <br /> conservation easement over in a future plat. Access <br /> to the parcel will be via a 300' corridor along <br /> Turnham Road and in the northwest corner via the <br /> Rinc� Route. <br /> The five acre lot has ample room for an alternate <br /> drainfield. The existing structures meet the <br /> setback requirements from the proposed lot lines. <br /> Access to the five acre lot will remain via `�'urnhar_Z <br /> Road. <br /> Please review the Planning Cor:imission Minutes of <br /> July 23, 1979 and August 13, 1979 for background <br /> information and their recommendation.
