ALLOCATION <br /> Department of Planning and Development a proposed CHANGES* <br /> allocation system change for the P�innesota Iiome (Continued) <br /> Improvement Grant Program. <br /> Presently, the Citv of Orono' s allocation is <br /> aPproximately $14 , 000 per year not including the <br /> amount we have allocated from the Comr.munity Develop- <br /> ment Block Grant Program. <br /> G <br /> The reason Hennepin County recommended a change in <br /> the allocation is that with the nresent allocation <br /> svster.l smaller communities do not receive enough <br /> r.ioney to be able to accept one application to <br /> fund one enti�e grant.
