Folland <br /> Director of Construction <br /> Metropolitan F7aste Control Corunission <br /> 350 rsetro Square Building � <br /> 7th & Robert Streets <br /> St. Paul, Minnesota 55101 <br /> RE: Orono-Long Lake Interceptor <br /> MWCC Project No. 71-13, Section I; <br /> Contractor - Johnsori Brothers Corporation <br /> Dear Mr. Folland: <br /> I have reviewed your letter of August 14, 1979 , which was a <br /> response to my letter of August 9 , 1979 , which letter sought <br /> an explanation of the delays in the project and inforr.�ation <br /> as to the schedule for the completion of the work for the above <br /> project. <br /> As you know, Johnson Brothers Corporation is far behind the <br /> agreed upon construction schedule concerning the work on <br /> County Road 15 and the proposed work yet to be started on <br /> Orono Orchard Road. It is my understanding that the I��in1CC <br /> believes that Johnson Brothers will commence work on OrQno <br /> Orchard Road on or about October l, 1979. It is my understand- <br /> ing that representatives of Johnson Brothers state they will <br /> commence work on Orono Orchard Road on September 24 , 1979. <br /> ' I think it is fair to state that everyone agrees that after <br /> construction is commenced on Orono Orchard Road, and if it <br /> proceeds without any problems with a full crew working, that <br /> it will take approximately 30 days from start to finish of any <br /> work on Orono Orchard Road. <br />
