A preliminary survey revealed less than the required four acres of dry buildable land. Thomas Kuehn, Finance Director, presented the 1979 STATE SHADE TREE City Council with a memo concerninq the State Shade PROGRAi�i GRANT* Tree Program Grant for 1979, dated July 6 , 1979 , which states: The State Legislature has extended the shade tree disease control .and reforestation program through 1979 and 1980. Under this program, the City will be reimbursed for up to 500 of the eligible costs incurred after January l, 1979. (Continued)
