Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the SUBDIVISION
record the subdivision request of Loren Klitzke, 555/575 Oxford Road
555/575 Oxford Road, dated June 25 , 1979, which #482
states: Loren :litzke
Planning Commission recommends for preliminary
approval the proposed lot line rearrangement plat
of Klitzke Addition as both resultin_q lots contain
over two acres dry buildable and apnroved drainfield
sites. Approval to include:
l. Vacation of existing drainage easements and
establishment of new drainage easements as
located by Ptike Gaffron, including a new
Flowage and Conservation Easement.
2. Variance for drainfield location 10' from
property line.
3. No park dedication fee (fees paid with both
lots already)
Alan Olson also stated that he concurs with the
Planning Commission and recommends approval per
the Planning Comrmission conditions.
The rearrangement was occasioned because the
approved drainfield ite on original Lot 4
happened to be where Mr. Klitzke desired to place
his house. Careful review by Mike Gaffron helped
to provide, the option presented here, and also
discovered the excessive drainage easement dedicated
on the original plat. For some unknocan reason,
the original surveys showed the wide lakeshore
wetlands although our wetlands maps show a smaller
lot area consistent with what rir. Gaffron found on
site. Psore care by the original developer in
choosing house sites could have avoided this
dulication. (Continued)
