The guest house does not meet all the regular <br /> lot requireraents. The structure meets all <br /> the setbacks but not the area requirement. <br /> The total lot would have to be at least one <br /> acre, 43,560 sq. ft. Total area of Oliver <br /> property is approximately 22, 300 sq. ft. <br /> 2. The procedure mechanics are nonexistent for <br /> enforcing such conditional use pern.►its when <br /> a property is sold. <br /> 3. City does not charge an additional sewer unit <br /> for a guest house with separate kitchen and <br /> bathroom facilities.
