Action on the aUplication <br /> is scheduled for r7arch 26 , 1979 meeting. <br /> Planning Commission Meeting - April 2, 1979 <br /> Planning Comriission recommends for approval the <br /> conditional use application of William �aear for <br /> the purpose of leasing 14 , 400 sq. ft. of his <br /> building for general office space. <br /> Staff Note - April 19, 1979 <br /> Mr. �9ear or"iginally requested a conditional use <br /> perriit to allow office use in a portion of his <br /> building but staff suggested and recomrmends a <br /> blanket conditional use perrr►it to cover the entire <br /> building thereby elirninating the need for additional <br /> review if leasing needs chanc�e in the future. The <br /> proposed use appears very reasonable for this site. <br /> The only condition staff would attach is payr:tent <br /> of all remaining SAC charges. Five units are <br /> required for the entire building. One was paid <br /> with building perr.mit in 1975.
