The effect <br /> is similar to a private easement except that it <br /> will always clearly show on the plat and all surveys <br /> to everyone' s benefit. Suction <br /> dredging is now proposed with disposal to be on <br /> dry cTroL�d to the south of the house. Runoff would <br /> be toward a marsh which drains under Bohns Point <br /> Road to the east side of the point.
