Completion of all items stated in the Building Inspector' s merlo of PZarch 19 , 1979 . 4. Cor�pliance with standards set by Planninc� Commission: a. No more than 30 pupils in attendance during the morning or afternoon session. b. Fenced in area, as noted in site plan, to be completed before day care center is in o�eration. 5. Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the record COrdDITIONAL USE PER�II the conditional use permit for ripra� and shoreli�ne 1444 Shoreline Drive • alteration of ��lindward P4arine, 1444 Shoreline Drive, #467 dated P�arch 19, 1979, which states : �-�indward Marine Windward PZarine is continuing their program of riprapping and shoreline landscaping in 1979. The riprapping is very routine and would normally be approved by staff without requiring Planning Corunission review. The issue here is the proposed concrete slab with the riprapping included because it is one project. The slab is proposed as a replacement for an existing timber and asphalt crane pad. The purnose is to allow solid footing for a crane used to raise and lower boats into the lake. The slab is obviously hardcover but it does replace existing hardcover of the sarle area.- In addition, sorne existing asphalt is to be rer.loved and replaced with gravel. The plans should be reviewed for structure and drainage by the City Engineer with his comrments forming a major basis for your review. Planning Commission P!Ieeting - April 2 , 1979 Planning Commission recommends for approval the conditional use application of VJindward t4arine - to permit the existing wooden wall to be replaced with riprap, following DNR standards , and construction of a 12 ' cement pad because of leaking and erosion problems. Planning Comr,lission also approves the paved parking area being regraded and replaced with gravel. (Continued)
