Pr. Stielow had included the lot
division in his original plat, but because of septic
diff_iculties causing delay in final plat approval, he
decided against the division. The septic difficulties
involved a mound slster,l design for original Lot 1
that would meet the approval of both septic inspector
and City Engineer. I understand that a rlound system
has received staf approval. Both proposed lots
meet the septic requirer:ients.
Entrance - Both lots to be served by lat road -
location of entrance subject to staff approval.
aetlands - 7etlands involvement for both lots rlust
be deterrlined and a new conservation and flowage
easer_ent nay be required.
Lot requirements - Lot dirtensions have not been given.
Staff unable to determine if variance is needec. It
appears tliat the necessary 200 ' of shoreline is available.
Lot 1 mav have sorie costly structural buildinc
considerations. (Continued)
