Z�orks Coordinator, dated March 2, 1979 , which states: <br /> For y�'�r IV of the Community Developr_ient Block <br /> Grant Prograr.t, the City of Orono allocated $10 , 300 ' <br /> to be used for diseased tree removal ior low incorte <br /> residents. <br /> �l�he program has received the necessary clearance <br /> fror,l HUD and is ready for impleraentation. <br /> T•7ith the assistance of the Hennepin County Planning <br /> and Developing Agency, the procedural guides have <br /> been established and attached for your review and <br /> approval. <br /> This program will be the same as all other Block <br /> Grant programs , whereby, the City of Orono will <br /> pay the cost for the tree removal and then be , <br /> reirlbursed by Iiennepin County. . <br /> (Continued) <br />
