Lowell Zitzloff, 3502 Shoreline Drive, dated #415 February 6, 1979, which states: Lowell Zitzloff The staff has been concerned that the large boat stored to the side of the property has interferred with the �parking and traffic control re�uired by the conditional use permit issued Septei*tber 26 , 1978. All other conditions of approval have been met. The business has operated since December with apparently few parking problems, although, it has been noted several times that employees and/or custoMers have parked on the construction site across the street. �9e have notified the property owner and are prepared to enforce the p�rmit and other applicable ordinances. The owner has, however, requested . special consideration to leave the boat there until ice-out. rsy recommendation is that such � a request is reasonable and should be approved with the clear understainding that the staff will issue tags if the parking area is not clear by that time. Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the PARK DEDICATION FEES record the following memo concerning the park dedication fees dated January 30, 1979, which states: I recommend adoption of the January 16, 1979 draft Park Dedication Ordinance. The schedule break . ' occurs at the zone densities. I also recor.unend adoption of the resolution providing a schedule of cash fees. The schedule is proportional to the land dedication schedule and is in line with our current schedule and the schedules of nearby cities.
