Patrick Baxter, 4120 Oak Street, has submitted 4120 Oak Street <br /> a new survey showing a revised house location r.leeting #445 <br /> all setback requirmerits except for a 9 ' (25%) variance Patrick Baxter <br /> for setback to undeveloped Clyde Street. The setback <br /> does exceed the 10 ' required side yard setback.
