The <br /> remaining 1096 will be split, 596 State, 27�z% Hennepin County <br /> and 2'�z% City of Orono. These splits are based on the <br /> State' s palicy of entering leg jurisdiction and Hennepin <br /> County' s policy of assessing the municipality one—half of <br /> its share. <br /> The estimated cost for the intersection control beacon is <br /> $6,�00. Both the City and County will be assessed an <br /> additional 6% of their share for engineering and inspection <br /> costs. . <br /> It is proposed that �he City ❑f Orono will be responsible <br /> for painting, relamping and cleaning of the beacon and the <br /> power costs t❑ operate the beacon.
