The practice of charging fees with subdivision <br /> on the lot or lots which have existing dwellings. <br /> I suggest charging fees only on the new building <br /> sites. <br /> 2. The practice of charging fees with huilding <br /> permits on previously platted lots. I suggest <br /> that� if any fee is charged, it be the Minimum <br /> fee ($250) or even a separately established <br /> ninimum fee (naybe $100) . Either would be some <br /> contribution but would not be out of line with <br /> the remaining part of the perr.lit fee. <br /> 3. Increase percentage fee on two-acre lots from <br /> 2-1/2o to 100 . <br /> 4.
