The hardship - <br /> claims are narrow lot width (82. 5 ' ) and extreme <br /> grade of slope frori middle of lot to the western <br /> lot line. <br /> Conditional use permit - Work Session <br /> The applicant proposes filling shaded area on <br /> diagram with an estimated 200 cubic yards of clean <br /> fill creating a level area for driveway, lawn and <br /> plantings.
