P�essrs. Hornich, Reutiman and <br /> Tourangeau were present along with several neighbors. <br /> Mr. Hornick presented a letter withdrawing his <br /> conditional use permit application; consequently, <br /> the chairman closed the public meeting. <br /> Mr. Olson presented the following information REZONING #421 <br /> concerning the rezoning application #421, for 1960 Shoreline Drive <br /> A. J. Tourangeau, 1960 Shoreline Drive, dated A. J. Tourangeau <br /> August 31, 1978, which states: <br /> Concurrent with the subdivision application #414 <br /> and the conditional use permit application #418 , <br /> Mr. Tourangeau is requesting rezoning of the <br /> service station property fror.i B-1 to LR-lA as <br /> originally contemplated by the City in the 1974 <br /> city-wide zoning realignment. This application <br /> is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan of the <br /> City. The application is made conditioned upon <br /> receiving a conditional use permit for continuation <br /> of the existing service station as a legal non- <br /> conforming use pursuant to Sections 31. 100 & 32. 480. <br /> A public information meeting will be scheduled for <br /> September 25, 1978.
