The proposal <br /> � meets all the requirements of the RR-1B zone. <br /> Planning Commission might be concerned with <br /> resubdivision possibilities of the larger parcel. <br /> The staff will review the existing septic system <br /> but site evaluation is not required on the larger <br /> parcel as it exceeds the five acres.
