Butler moved, Massengale seconded, to approve RIPRAP* the riprap request of George Johnson, 835 Parten- 835 Partenwood Road wood Road, subject to approval of the P4innehaha George Johnson Creek Watershed District. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . The following letter was received from the City CITY OF LONG LAKE LETTEF of Long Lake regarding sewer and water for Bill William �9ear Wear, dated October 5, 1978, which states: "The City of Long Lake has authorized William Wear, to hook up a six-inch watermain and sanitary sewer from the City of Long Lake, to � his property described as Plat 41334, Parcels 3010 and 3025_ Mr. Wear is currently hooked into the Long Lake water system is metered, and billed directly by the City of Long Lake. The City will continue to meter and bill directly to P4r. �aear, any water and sewer to his property from the City of Long Lake_ " Paurus moved, Pesek seconded, to accept the above letter from Long Lake concerning sewer and water for William P�ear.
