The 1960 Shoreline Drive <br /> Planning Cor.unission has recommended rezoning (#421) (Continued) <br /> and preliminary subdivision (#414) approval. The <br /> conditional use permit (#418) was withdrawn, but <br /> a legal non-conforming use permit would be a part <br /> of the rezoning. <br /> I recommend reviewing and adopting the attached <br /> resolution first. Second, should be the review <br /> and adoption of the attached rezoning ordinance. <br /> Thirdly, the review of the preliminary subdivision <br /> with any a�proval being granted in the 'normal <br /> manner of a motion as per the Planning Cortrmission <br /> recoru-�endations, plus reference to the above <br /> resolution. <br /> Council Meeting - October 10, 1978 <br /> Mr. Reutiman, Jr. , r�r. Reutiman, Sr. , P�Ir. Tourangeau, <br /> and i4r. Revegno, a neighbor, were present. <br /> P4r. Reutiman, Sr. requested the City Council to <br /> table the applications for 1960 Shoreline Drive <br /> due to the fact that none of the applicants had <br /> had sufficient time to thoroughly review the <br /> resolution. They would like to put their <br /> objections in writing for the next Council meeting. <br /> Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to table the <br /> preliminary subdivision, #414, and rezoning, <br /> #421, applications for 1960 Shoreline Drive, <br /> until the next Council meeting and for the <br /> applicants to put in writing their objections. <br /> P�otion, Ayes (5) - rdays (0) . <br /> Mayor Van PJest announced that now was the time PUBLIC HEARIPdG <br /> and place for the Public Hearing regarding a 8 :06 P.r4. <br /> proposed amendment to the Flood Plain Pianagement Flood Plain Management <br /> sections of the r-sunicipal Code.
