There are no problem areas within the rural service area <br /> of the City of Orono that will require inter-com¢nunity <br /> " sanitary sewer connections within the next _three years. <br /> 3. I am enclosing a letter from the Orono City Council to <br /> the City of Nledina in response to their xequest for <br /> cooperation to provide sanitary sewer capacity. through <br /> Orono for the .Medina-Morningside subdivision� The Cities <br /> of Medina, Long Lake, and Orono have held several meetings <br /> to discuss this proposed new .i.nter-city connection to <br /> Medina-Morningside and have. �greed to a basic understanding <br /> of how such an inter-community agreement would be structured. <br /> �As part of this inter-community agreement, Orono would receive <br /> a permanent connection for Hackberry Aills through the City <br /> of Long Lake to the Metropolitan interceptor.
