It had been your attorneys' position that there was nothing in the chain of title creating any interest in the public to the lake � access. Our review showed that the town road or lake access was created by a deed recorded in Book 648 of Deeds, page 21. The review of the registration proceeding for the Pihl property which is District Court File Number 5573, shows a reference to the road in the deed dated August 20, 1903, filed October �, 1903, and recorded in Book 579 of Deeds, page -422. The town road was again used as a boundary line in a deed recorded in ' Book 5 79 of Deeds, page 423. Moreover, a further review of the old auditor's records shows a supervisor•s road order, which ;aas a request by certain property owners for the crea- tion and surveying of this particular road.
