Erect <br /> appropriate fencing. <br /> (d) Improve the docks in terms of repair and painting <br /> to enhance the overall appearance. <br /> Mr. McCleary and I are also considering the possibility <br /> of establishing a private boat club which would offer <br /> initial nembership to the residents of Orono. Of <br /> course plans of this nature would be undertaken with <br /> the full approval of the City of Orono. <br /> It is my understanding that the original building <br /> permit was issued for the construction of the 40 ' X 80 ' <br /> building mentioned above. Due to excessive rain in <br /> the recent past, construction had to be delayed and <br /> now the permit has expired. �ae respectfully request <br /> the permit be reissued and wish to comr.ience construction <br /> ir:unediately. Any and all engineering work that may <br /> be required with regard to the foundation will be <br /> provided by Braun Engineering in Eden Prairie.
