This approval is further conditioned upon the <br /> developer lowering of the hill to the north on <br /> Orono Orchard Road. The City Engineer is directed <br /> to request that the lowering be done during the <br /> installation of the Orono-Long Lake interceptor <br /> and that at least a portion, if not all of the <br /> cost, be paid by the developer.
