As such, it does not show up on the <br /> designated wet lands map. The proposal has been <br /> changed slightly to provide a 30 ' side setback <br /> for the existing garage per the attached survey <br /> dated June 20, 1978. <br /> Planning Commission Meeting - July 10, 1978 <br /> Public information meeting: Mr. I:ur►lin was <br /> present. After discussion, PlanningiCommission <br /> recommended preliminary approval per survey dated <br /> June 20, 1978. No neighbors were present. #377 - John Swanson <br /> Butler moved, Pesek seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLUTION #923 <br /> #923, A Resolution Denying A Guest House Conditional 2795 Casco Point Road <br /> Use Permit But Approving Certain Variances For John Swanson <br /> John Swanso�, 2795 Casco Point Road. Motion, <br /> Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> Mr. Gunnar Isberg and Mr. Robert Chelseth of CITY PLANNING SERVICES <br /> Isberg, Riesenberg, Chelseth & Associates, Inc.
