Richard Putnam, and his <br /> neighbors are petitioning the City to vacate <br /> a small portion of Ivy Place as shown on <br /> Exhibit C. Ivy Place has been vacated in <br /> several sections over the years (see Exhibits D & <br /> E) , but this portion was apparently overlooked <br /> in past recordings. This reguest is to clear <br /> title to this property for Mr. Putnam. The "road" <br /> is an unused portion of his lawn. <br /> Mr. Putnam has produced evidence of access to <br /> all affected properties (easements of record <br /> across property other than that to be vacated) �: <br /> thereby eliminating problems with landlocking. <br /> A public information meeting has been scheduled <br /> for June 26 , 1978. <br /> Planning Commission Meeting - June 26, 1978 <br /> Public information meeting held - no public <br /> comments were heard.
