Mr. Stewart
Perry was present representing the applicant.
Mr. & Mrs. Sam Brown were present as neighbors
along East Lake Street. The Brown' s complaint
was the general "mess" on the marina property,
questioning building construction plans, weeds,
and general cleanup. They seemed to have no
specific interest in the rezoning or in dockage f
questions.

Staff read into the record a letter from Dr. & Mrs. ,
V. H. Larson, owners of adjacent Lots 24 & 25 on
Bayside Road. This letter objected to "any ,
further commercial expansion on Stubbs Bay" .
Planning Commission noted that the proposed dock
layout would extend in front of this property
and would limit the riparian rights of this
property to full use of a 100 ft. authorized dock.
