It was noted that the <br /> proposal is to add on to the existing building <br /> and to then rebuild the existing cabin into <br /> a garage, which rebuilding would include <br /> removal of parts of the existing building so <br /> that all of the corlpleted building would neet <br /> the minimum 10 ;ft. side setback requirement. <br /> A discussion ensued regarding the armount of <br /> hardcover proposed including the new driveway. <br /> Planning Commission recorunended approval of the <br /> proposal as presented, including variances for <br /> lot size, lot width, and hardcover finding <br /> hardships of no additional land available and <br /> noting that hardcover is mitigated because much <br /> of the lot drainage including all driveway <br /> drainage flows to the road and not directly <br /> to the lake.
