Drainage easements and design <br /> Planning Commission r4eeting - I�iay 8, 1978 <br /> Acting Planning Commission Chairwoman Gloria <br /> McDonald announced that this was the time and place <br /> for a public informatiion meeting for the Lloyd <br /> S. Kelley subdivision at 85 Brown Road South. <br /> Applicant L. S. Kelley was present. A new sketch <br /> plan was presented to the Planning Commission show- <br /> ing four proposed lots with access road continuing <br /> through west end of property for possible future <br /> connection to adjacent roadway. <br /> Staff recommended this roadway become an outlot <br /> �d that Planning Commission should address <br /> �cation and future filling of wetlands as they <br /> pertain to existing and proposed roads. Mr. Kelley <br /> stated the existing road will continu.e to be used <br /> for the present time. Staff recor,imended possible <br /> jog of road outlot to include existing access <br /> across wetland and that wetlands easement should <br /> be addressed. <br /> P�iotion by Hanneh, seconded by Frahm, and approved <br /> unanimously to give conceptual approval to this <br /> subdivision contingent upon appropriate presentation <br /> of further information: <br /> l. Soil testing must indicate adequate sewage <br /> treatment capability <br /> 2. Locations and setback distances of all existing <br /> structures must be shown <br /> 3. Private road must be platted as .an outlot <br /> 4. Easement .over road be granted for future City use <br /> 5. Park dedication fee paid,. <br /> 6. Due to concern regarding .location of� road through <br /> marsh area, prior to final �Council approval, <br /> construction plans of roadway should show it will <br /> not interfere with the character of the existing <br /> marsh <br /> Diarsh issue must be resolved <br /> 8.
