" Gayle Wittig ' Th� I.nke.:Minnetonka Conservation District letter to PZr. �•�ittig, dated June 7, 1978, states: "The LMCD Board of Directors at its regular meeting of April 26, 1978, reviewed your application for a 1978 multiple dock license, and upon recommendation of the Boat Storage, Mooring and Launching Committee, denied your application for non-compliance with the length limitations of the LMCD Code_ The plan submitted provides for dockage beyond the 200 ' maximum length allowable. The District will be happy to review any new proposal meeting LMCD requirements. Please resubmit your conforming plan promptly for consideration for the 1978 season. Operating a multiple dock without a license is a violation of the LMCD Code. Should you have any questions or need assistance in complying with the above requirements, please contact us.
