It is apparent that certain <br /> requirements have not been met, including the <br /> completion of the screening, the installation of <br /> the baffle weirs, and the length of the dock structure. <br /> On April 19, 1978, Alan Olson was on the property <br /> along with representatives of the LMCD and the DNR, <br /> at which time the dock structures were r.�easured by <br /> ourselves and found to exceed the 200 ft. limit. <br /> Staff recommends that the Council require an accurate <br /> up-to-date certificate of survey of the dock layout, <br /> wherein the applicant would insure compliance with <br /> all the dock use area requirements. <br /> Mayor Van Nest: Our concerns are: <br /> l. Four slips for service boats <br /> 2-. Baffle weirs <br /> 3. Screening <br /> 4. Dock length <br /> 5. N�unber of slips in the lagoon. <br /> 6. Gravel drive _- <br /> We certainly would like to see a better job done <br /> on screening the area. As stated, the fence is <br /> over-powering. <br /> Bruce Douglas: That is your .assertion; the point <br /> : is that the fence color was your staffs recommendation. <br /> Mayor Van Nest: Staff have reviewed previous concerns. <br /> .
