Gerhardson, Hennepin County <br /> Public Works Coordinator, concerning Capital <br /> Improvement Projects - Hennepin County, dated <br /> t�iarch 14, 1978, which states : <br /> In the latter part of February, the City of <br /> Orono received from Hennepin County the Capital <br /> Ir.lprovement Projects for 1978. <br /> At your request, I have reviewed the projects <br /> that are of concern to the City of Orono. The <br /> following is the list of projects in Orono and <br /> my cor.uaents and suggestions : <br /> Project iitle: CSAH 110 , CP 7002; Pg. 85 & 86; <br /> Project No. 7002 : <br /> Because the City of Orono is presently proposing <br /> the ring route concept and working with Hennepin <br /> County in regard to their future plans, and because <br /> there has been discussion on this matter, it appears <br /> to me that Hennepin County plans, as shown in the <br /> above r.lentioned project, does not agree- with the <br /> latest projections by Orono. This r.latter should be <br /> researched further. <br /> Project Title: Bridge Overlays and Redecking - 1978 <br /> Project nurtber: Various, Page 126: <br /> Hennepin County lists several bridges throughout <br /> the County for bridge overlays and redecking. In <br /> that c�roup, two bridge projects are in Orono: Project <br /> No. 7708, County Road 19 over Crystal Bay. On the <br /> above date, I talked to A4r. Don Speilr.lan from Hennepin <br /> County, as we have not received any information for <br /> our review. Mr. Speilman stated that the inforrlation <br /> is not yet available, but we should receive all <br /> necessary information in approximately one month <br /> to six weeks. (Continued) <br />
