Robert C. Plazanec' s letter to us dated March 8, 1978, and <br /> our response to P'ir_ Mazanec dated March 13, 1978_ <br /> ?�ir. Mazanec called me the r.lorning of tiarch 14 after receiving �i� <br /> - my letter and asked me what the City' s concerns were, at this <br /> • • point in time_ I reviewed with him our- problems in communicating, <br /> _ our objections to a revised Systens Stater.�ent, that was drafted <br /> by 2'Ietropolitan staff without �our knozaledge and also our concerns - <br /> of not receiving any cor,iments to our Comprehensive Sewer Plan, <br /> which has been before the Mefsopolitan t�7aste Control Commission <br /> for ten months. Our main concern at this time, is that we have <br /> been trying our bes� through many meetings and mailings to Metro- <br /> politan Council and Metropolitan Waste Control Corunission staff <br /> as documented, to obtain as r►uch information and data as possible <br /> allowing us to make reasonable decisions in our planning process <br /> and to abide by the Planning Act. <br /> As discussed with Mr_ r4azanec, his letter dated March 8, 1978, , <br /> received 2iarch 13, 1978, allows us to respond in seven working days <br /> to r�eet a March 23, 1978 deadline to respond to the Physical <br /> Developr�ent Corsmittee and to request a hearing on the Systems <br /> Statement.
