" ' <br /> Walter R. Benson <br /> P4inutes of the Orono Council meeting held rsay 9 , <br /> 1977, state: , <br /> "T4r. James Bloemendal, r4r. Lann_y Searmore and Pir. " <br /> Minutes of the Orono Council meeting held June 13, <br /> 1977, state: <br /> "Otto Christensen,Luce Line Trail Plann�r, <br /> discussed with the City Council a preliminary <br /> design for an 18-acre rest area located at Willow <br /> Drive and the DPdR Trail.
