This is f_or the <br /> purpose of providing dock space for each of the <br /> six dwelling units in the three duplexes on the <br /> Kelly Avenue Holding Cor�pany property. <br /> Exhibit B (sketch) - notes indicate 400 ' shoreline. <br /> Exhibit C (survey) - diiner.sions noted on survey line <br /> adjacent to shoreline appear to confirm the 400 ' <br /> shoreline. <br /> This property is zoned LR-1B (1 acre) . P4inir.lum " . <br /> lot width and shoreline requirement is 140 ' . <br /> From the zoning standpoint, only two docks would <br /> be permitted. <br /> Sorie of the other agencies are currently consinering <br /> regulating docks by a shoreline footage factor. If <br /> we should adopt this policy, the number of perrnitted <br /> slips would vary accordingly. <br /> Planning Conunission P4eeting - February 27, 1978 <br /> Mr. Lindsay, representing the developer, was present. <br /> The Zoning Administrator explained the proposal <br /> as submitted. He expressed concern over the shore- <br /> line site plan indicating six indivic�ual docks. _ <br /> He felt this plan could provide mooring of 12 boats , <br /> on only 400 ft. of shoreline. The shoreline and <br /> lot width requirement in this one acre zoning <br /> district is 140 ft. The total length of shoreline <br /> on the subject property lacks 2d it. fror.l the <br /> requirement as regulated by our current policy. <br /> The Planning Comr.lission recommended approval of three <br /> docks for the mooring of six boats. One boat for <br /> each of the six dwelling units in the three duplexes <br /> on the parcel. Each of the three docks would be <br /> lirlited to a width of 5 ' 6" and a length of 25 ft. <br /> The Planning Commission did not stipulate the <br /> distance between the docks on specific location <br /> of the three docks. <br /> (Continued) <br />
