Owners Jointly own in fee simple certain real praperty <br /> lotated at 14Q Leaf Street, Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota tth� <br /> "Property"}. � <br /> B. The easement here conveyec! allows for the excavation of <br /> sediments from �lassen Lake Creek and that part thereof known as "Swan <br /> lake," and actions ta stabillze, revegetate and monitor disturbed areas <br /> within and adjacent to the creek pursuant to the purposes of'the District <br /> as set forth in Minnesota Statutes §§103B.201 and 103D.201. <br /> C.
