County Roads #19 & #15 via proposed route <br /> 19 r.►inutes, twelve miles. I believe County Road #15 <br /> should be four-laned. <br /> P�'layor Van PJest: It is not Pnvironrlentally sound to <br /> upgrade County Road #15. The �lake is significant <br /> to all of us and has to be protected. �•�e also cannot <br /> build a wall. We have to build this proposed ring route <br /> segment to allow people to travel to the east. If <br /> we do not, we will have a complete bottle neck. <br /> H. R.
